The choral ensembles of Oakland Youth Chorus are available to perform for public or private events. The following vocal ensembles tour each season and might just be the perfect addition to your upcoming event or party.
Each ensemble can perform from 10 minutes to 30 minutes of material based on your needs and can often sing music to fit your event theme.
Concert Chorus is a multi award winning vocal performance ensemble of some
of the most promising young singers and musicians from many Bay Area high
schools and colleges. This chorus performs music of all genres: pop,
classical, world music, African-American spirituals, Broadway and original
works. This ensemble is OYC's prized group and best represents the spirit
of what we do at OYC.
THE is OYC's most advanced small a capella ensemble of some of our most seasoned singers and musicians. This small group sings a variety of genres in tight five or six part harmonies. This group is ideal for any event and can suit the music to your occasion.
The Middle School Magic Chorus is a program OYC created to support our younger students to progress through levels of musical experience and education. The program provides small group and individual coaching, the opportunity to compete nationally, and the experience of being in two professional concerts yearly. Participation in Middle School Magic can lead to membership in the Concert Chorus, a performance-oriented, award-winning teen chorus. If your event has a need for youthful energy and enthusiasm, this might be the group for you.

Performances by OYC are subject to availability. Events are often booked 6 months in advance.
